Your order takes 2 to 5 days to process and carefully package.

 USPS First Class: 2-5 days transit time.

 USPS Priority: 1-3 days transit time.

 UPS Ground: 1-5 days transit time.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you email us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order with the correct address, we can correct it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they have been scanned by USPS.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but the recipient hasn't received it, it usually shows up 3 to 4 days later.

If USPS has indeed stolen or lost it, please contact us at soycliente@terramistica.us and we will provide you with the necessary information to file a claim with USPS.

However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
